The consular services that concern passports and visa are an exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Berne.

Swiss citizens, up to 30 stay days (the day after the arrival is considered as the first day), don’t need a touristic visa for the Philippines. At the arrival, people receives the so mentioned Visa on arrival. In order to get access to the Philippines it is mandatory to have a six-month residual validity passport, a return or continuation airplane ticket and the proof for the monetary capacity for the length of the stay. The departure has to occur within the 30th stay day and eventual violations will be sanctioned with a penalty.
