Since she was very young, she has been active in the work’s world with different managerial positions. For twelve years she has been active in the public management, with four years in the City Council and eight as Municipal. She has realized different cultural projects in the Insubria region, literary prizes and big solidarity and cultural events. She has been a committee member in different associations in Ticino. Between her own interests there are also woman rights and intergenerational projects. Currently she is managing since 2009 the marketing and communication agency MaffeisNetwork SA from Lugano. In 2011 she has founded Culture Ticino Network Association from Lugano, of which she is president, a non-profit association with the goal of divulge the peace and solidarity culture through different activities and that operate with educational and cultural projects in Ticino and with humanitarian projects in the Philippines. Since 2015 she’s also the director of a Swiss foundation that help young persons entering in the work’s world. In September 2018 she has been designated Honorary Consul of the Philippines in the Canton of Ticino.
